When a network slice is requested, multiple technology and/or administrative domains are invoked to ensure that the end-to-end service level agreement (SLA) met. Therefore, this SLA requirement needs be decomposed in portions each of can support. In letter we consider management architecture consisting an orchestrator responsible for decomposing SLA, and domain controllers govern their respective domain. The has no detailed knowledge state resources when requested. only aware responses previous requests, captures risk model associated with study, propose approach based on best current estimate models all involved domains.
